British Airways Concorde Room
LHR · Terminal 5
BA's flagship First lounge: First Dining Room, Cabanas, and a private lift straight to the gate.
The Concorde Room sits on the upper level of T5A, taking up the prime apron-facing real estate above BA's First check-in. Inside, the experience is split: a main lounge with leather seating and bar service, the First Dining Room (separate room, proper restaurant service with menu and white tablecloth), private Cabanas (small suites with day bed and full bathroom for pre-flight shower or rest), and a dedicated cocktail bar with curated wines and champagne. The kitchen runs a Michelin-tier menu prepared on-site — not catering. A separate first-class lift takes guests directly down to the gate, no concourse trek. Service is the most attentive at any LHR lounge by a meaningful margin. Access is BA First Class passengers, Concorde Room cardholders, BA Gold flying First (their oneworld Emerald counterpart on a First boarding pass).
Crowding · spacious
Quiet enough for focused work. Fast Wi-Fi, dedicated quiet zone with proper desks, and the access tier filters volume. Not the lounge's primary identity — most guests are pre-flight relaxing, not working — but workable.
The First Dining Room is the headline. Proper fine-dining a la carte from a rotating menu prepared on-site (not catering): seasonal British produce, properly executed mains, dessert from a manned station. Outside the Dining Room, the lounge has a buffet for lighter graze and a full bar pouring Laurent-Perrier and rotating premium champagnes, curated wines, signature cocktails. Quality is consistently the best at any LHR lounge.

BA Gold + First Class is the access combination — Gold alone doesn't open it (that's Galleries First). oneworld Emerald alone doesn't open it either.
Direct first-class lift means you don't leave 30+ minutes before departure — wait for the call, take the lift down.
Laurent-Perrier is the standing champagne — just ask the bar.

Yes — separate shower suites with Bvlgari amenities, plus the Cabanas (private suites) which have their own full bathrooms.
