The workspace area includes USB-A and USB-C ports, desks, and a wireless printer. The significant drawback is the extremely limited operating hours — just 4 PM to 11 PM daily — catering exclusively to evening British Airways departures.

Concorde Dining brings table-service restaurant quality to eligible passengers, with a menu featuring herb-crusted beef tenderloin, sticky toffee pudding, cashew satay chicken, and Lion's Mane mushroom curry. The main lounge offers a generous hot buffet that's more than adequate for Business Class travelers. The champagne selection — Joseph Perrier and Bollinger — is strong, reflecting BA's investment in the refresh.
