British Airways Lounge
SIN
Concorde Dining, Elemis showers, and British heritage — but only 7 hours a day
The British Airways Lounge at Changi Terminal 1 has undergone a significant refresh as part of BA's global £7 billion transformation. Located in the lounge precinct between C and D Gates — the same area as the Qantas lounges — this 226-seat space now features Concorde Dining, BA's premium table-service restaurant concept, available to First Class passengers and top-tier Executive Club members. The main lounge offers a generous hot buffet complemented by Joseph Perrier and Bollinger champagnes. Interior design reflects British heritage through quality fabrics, Boss Design furniture, privacy pods, and curated artwork by Singapore-based artist Louise Hill. Seven well-appointed shower rooms with Elemis amenities, en-suite toilets, and both rain and handheld showers are among the best at Changi. The workspace area includes USB-A and USB-C ports, desks, and a wireless printer. The significant drawback is the extremely limited operating hours — just 4 PM to 11 PM daily — catering exclusively to evening British Airways departures.
Crowding · comfortable
The refreshed BA Lounge is well-equipped for work with a dedicated workspace area featuring USB-A and USB-C ports, proper desks, and a wireless printer. High-speed Wi-Fi throughout supports any work requirement. The privacy pods also serve as quiet focus spaces. For a 7-hour window lounge, the work facilities are surprisingly comprehensive.
The January 2025 refresh elevated the dining substantially. Concorde Dining brings table-service restaurant quality to eligible passengers, with a menu featuring herb-crusted beef tenderloin, sticky toffee pudding, cashew satay chicken, and Lion's Mane mushroom curry. The main lounge offers a generous hot buffet that's more than adequate for Business Class travelers. The champagne selection — Joseph Perrier and Bollinger — is strong, reflecting BA's investment in the refresh.

The lounge only opens at 4 PM — don't arrive earlier expecting access, regardless of your status or ticket class
If you qualify for Concorde Dining, take full advantage — the herb-crusted beef tenderloin and sticky toffee pudding are a significant upgrade over the buffet
Grab a shower room early — the 7 rooms are excellent (Elemis amenities, en-suite toilets) but popular during the short operating window
The wireless printer in the workspace area is a rare and useful feature if you need physical documents
