Alicante's single airside lounge — walk in, or use Priority Pass or DragonPass.

About this lounge

The Sala VIP Costa Blanca is the airside lounge at Alicante–Elche Airport, the Costa Blanca's main gateway. It sits after the security check on level 1 of the airport's single passenger terminal, which keeps things simple — there's only one terminal and one lounge to plan around. Formerly branded Sala Ifach (you may still see it listed under that name), it's a flexible, pay-per-visit option: a walk-in day pass is sold at the door, and Priority Pass and DragonPass members are admitted, with eligible Star Alliance status also recognised. Inside you'll find complimentary snacks and soft drinks, Wi-Fi, flight information screens, newspapers and magazines, printing facilities and air conditioning. It's a comfortable place to escape a packed terminal before a flight rather than a sprawling flagship lounge, and a maximum stay of around four hours applies.

A workable spot to deal with email before a flight, with Wi-Fi, flight screens and air conditioning. It's a general-seating lounge rather than a dedicated business lounge, so it's fine for light work but not built around desks.

Food & drink

The Sala VIP Costa Blanca keeps its catering simple: complimentary snacks alongside soft drinks and hot beverages, refreshed through the day. It's a place to take the edge off before a flight rather than sit down to a full meal, so plan around snacks and drinks rather than hot dishes.
