The Qantas Club
★3.5(84 reviews)ASP · Domestic Terminal
The only lounge in the Red Centre — Qantas and oneworld access, airside by Gate 9.
The Qantas Club is the single lounge at Alice Springs Airport, sitting airside in the Domestic Terminal next to Gate 9. It was renovated in March 2020, lifting capacity to around 105 guests — a 25% increase — and adding new work spaces, power outlets at most seats, a larger buffet area, meeting rooms and shower suites. A distinctive touch is the wallpaper designed by Indigenous artist Jimmy Pike, which roots the lounge firmly in the Red Centre. Access is limited to Qantas Club members, eligible Qantas Frequent Flyer and oneworld status holders, and premium-cabin passengers on eligible oneworld flights; there's no walk-in day pass, Priority Pass or DragonPass option here. Inside you'll find a complimentary cold buffet with snacks and finger food, soft drinks plus house wine, beer and spirits, showers, Wi-Fi, a business area, TV and flight-information screens — a genuinely useful place to wait in a small terminal with limited airside amenities.
Crowding · quiet to moderate
A workable spot before a flight, with Wi-Fi, power at most seats and dedicated work spaces and meeting rooms added in the 2020 refresh. Fine for email and light work in a quiet terminal.
A complimentary cold buffet with snacks and finger food, paired with self-service drinks — soft drinks, house wine, beer and spirits. It's a light, casual spread suited to a domestic terminal, refreshed through the day around the Qantas departure banks.
