The Aspire Lounge at Edinburgh Airport sits airside close to Gate 16 — turn right as you leave the duty-free area to find it. Access here runs on alliance status: SkyTeam Elite Plus, Star Alliance Gold and oneworld Sapphire passengers are welcome, along with eligible Business or First class travellers on those alliances. The lounge has a modern, relaxed feel, with clean lines and contemporary decor across a mix of seating areas — from comfortable armchairs to more formal dining tables — all bathed in natural light from large windows overlooking the terminal. The muted colour scheme with occasional pops of colour keeps things calming, and noise levels stay relatively low, which makes it a good spot for quiet work or simply unwinding. Expect a cold buffet, a bar with wines, beers and spirits, complimentary Wi-Fi and the kind of understated, functional comfort Aspire is known for.
