The Moonimaa Lounge is the most accessible option at MLE — it takes both DragonPass and Priority Pass, so the widest range of travellers can get in without airline status. It sits landside in the main terminal, handy if you arrive early before check-in.
Huvandhumaa Lounge
The Huvandhumaa Lounge is in the Seaplane Terminal, the only lounge positioned for travellers connecting to a resort floatplane. It takes DragonPass and Priority Pass and offers runway and lagoon views — a calm place to wait out a transfer window.
Koveli Lounge
The Koveli Lounge serves oneworld premium-cabin passengers and eligible status holders, sitting airside after security on the upper floor of the terminal with floor-to-ceiling runway views. The most polished alliance lounge experience at MLE.
Neeri Lounge

International / Main Terminal
Velana's main passenger terminal handles the international departures that bring most visitors to the Maldives, and holds the bulk of the airport's lounges. The LEELI and Koveli lounges sit airside after security for alliance passengers, the Maamahi Executive Club is also airside, and the Moonimaa and Neeri lounges cover landside and pay-in access before the checkpoint. The landside Moonimaa Lounge sits just outside the main entrance and is accessible for both international and domestic flights. Membership-network lounges here run on Priority Pass and DragonPass.

Seaplane Terminal
A large share of Maldives arrivals connect onward to a resort by seaplane, and the Seaplane Terminal has its own lounge for that wait. The Huvandhumaa Lounge sits airside after the security check on the ground floor, with windows over the runway and lagoon — the practical choice if your onward journey is a floatplane rather than a flight.

How to get into lounges at MLE.
Velana International is best approached with a lounge membership: Priority Pass and DragonPass between them open the most doors here, covering the independent network lounges across the terminals. Airline-alliance status (oneworld, SkyTeam, Star Alliance) reaches the alliance lounges for premium-cabin and eligible passengers, and a couple of lounges sell walk-in entry so you can pay per visit. Always check whether your lounge is landside or airside, and whether it's in the international, seaplane or domestic terminal.
Priority Pass
