Access is by Star Alliance Gold status or a Business Class ticket, so it's the route for eligible Star Alliance flyers rather than a pay-in or membership lounge. The space is sleek and contemporary, with clean lines, neutral tones and subtle accents of local culture under soft warm lighting — inviting but practical. Noise stays generally low, with a mix of business travellers and families keeping the mood relaxed rather than silent, and seating is arranged in clusters that offer both communal areas and semi-private spaces. It's the only lounge at NTG to offer a complimentary hot buffet, served with complimentary snacks and soft drinks. Practical facilities round it out: a TV area, internet access, a desktop PC, toilet facilities and step-free access for passengers with reduced mobility.
