The Soho Lounge is the elite-status lounge in JFK Terminal 8, designed and run jointly by British Airways and American Airlines. It opened on 1 December 2022 and sits airside on Level 4, above Gate 14, in the same area as the Chelsea Lounge. Hours are 04:15 to 23:30 every day. Access is status-led. oneworld Emerald members and international First passengers get in, as do AAdvantage Executive Platinum and Platinum Pro members and Atmos Rewards Titanium and Platinum members flying a Flagship or oneworld long-haul itinerary, whatever cabin they are seated in. ConciergeKey members also qualify. The food is the reason to arrive early: snacks, a hot buffet and cooked-to-order meals, all complimentary. Soft drinks, house wine, beer and liquor are included too. For an Executive Platinum member flying economy to London, this is the best lounge in the building that their status unlocks.
