GESAP Lounge

Palermo's quiet Star Alliance lounge by the check-in area.
The GESAP Lounge is Palermo Punta Raisi's Star Alliance lounge, set on the first floor of the terminal next to check-in Area A, around counter 26. The room blends modern minimalism with subtle Sicilian touches — soft neutral tones, local artwork and large windows that flood the space with natural light by day, while warm ambient lighting takes over in the evening. The noise level stays pleasantly low, with soft background music masking the hum of the terminal, and seating is arranged to offer both quieter corners and more social areas. A TV area gives you somewhere to settle, and conference rooms cater to anyone working before a flight. Facilities are deliberately simple: Wi-Fi and internet access, the TV area, conference rooms and toilets. It's a calm, functional retreat for Star Alliance passengers rather than a buffet-led lounge — if you want a full hot buffet and bar, the Prima Vista Lounge elsewhere in the terminal is the better fit.
Crowding · generally quiet
A genuinely quiet place to work before a flight, with Wi-Fi, internet access and dedicated conference rooms — better suited to focused work than a buffet lounge would be.
The GESAP Lounge is a quiet, functional Star Alliance space rather than a buffet-led lounge, and a full food and drink spread is not its focus. For a complimentary hot buffet and a full bar at Palermo, the Prima Vista Lounge in the main terminal is the better choice.
