It's open from 7AM to 5PM. Because it sits landside, you can use it before going through security — useful if you arrive early. Entry requires a same-day boarding pass for a flight into or out of FSZ. Passengers with an eligible Japanese lounge-access credit card can enter free; otherwise a walk-in fee applies at reception. Children under 4 enter free, and those aged 4–13 pay half the walk-in rate.
