Near Wellington's regional gates — a quieter Air New Zealand lounge for turboprop travellers.

About this lounge

The Air New Zealand Wellington Regional Lounge opened in late 2016 and was expanded in mid-2019. While it's available to all Air New Zealand domestic premium passengers regardless of their destination, the lounge is located close to the regional gates and designed for the comfort of regional travellers heading out of New Zealand's capital. It's the more convenient of Wellington's two Air New Zealand lounges if you're connecting onto a turboprop service, with finger food and a drinks selection that includes soft drinks, house wine, beer and spirits. The setting is generally quieter than the main Domestic Lounge, making it a calm place to settle before a regional flight.

A quiet spot to catch up on email or read before a regional flight, with comfortable seating and the usual lounge comforts. Its calmer atmosphere makes it pleasant for light work, though it isn't a dedicated business lounge.

Food & drink

A lighter offer than the main domestic lounge, built around complimentary finger food rather than a full buffet, with a full drinks selection alongside. Expect soft drinks, coffee and tea plus house wine, beer and spirits — enough for a relaxed bite and a drink before a regional flight.
