As the home lounge of Royal Brunei Airlines at its Bandar Seri Begawan hub, it serves a broad mix of travellers: DragonPass and Priority Pass members, Star Alliance Gold and Royal Brunei business-class passengers, and walk-in guests who pay for entry subject to space.
