Hamburg's most flexible lounge — DragonPass, Priority Pass, SkyTeam or Star Alliance, all in one airside space.

About this lounge

The AIRPORT LOUNGE is Hamburg's most flexible lounge and its only independent contract lounge, sitting airside on level 3 of the central Airport Plaza, behind the security checks and after passport control. It has the widest access of any HAM lounge: DragonPass and Priority Pass members are welcome, as are SkyTeam Elite Plus and Star Alliance Gold passengers and those travelling in business or first class. The space is thoughtfully zoned — a quiet area with plush armchairs for relaxing, a business centre with workstations for getting things done, and a separate TV room for entertainment — with shower facilities for long-haul travellers. The catering is a complimentary self-service spread of snacks, soups and finger food, alongside soft drinks, house wine, beer and spirits. Because it covers so many access types in one central, airside location, it's the default recommendation for most Hamburg departures.

A genuinely usable work spot: a dedicated business centre with workstations, Wi-Fi and a quiet zone away from the TV room. Good for email, calls and focused work before a flight.

Food & drink

A complimentary self-service spread rather than a full restaurant: snacks, soups and finger food on the food side, with soft drinks, house wine, beer and spirits at the bar. It's geared to a comfortable pre-flight bite and a drink rather than a sit-down meal.
