The ACV Lounge is an airside international lounge in Terminal 2 at Hanoi Noi Bai International Airport. After passport control and the security checkpoint, turn left and head up the escalators near gate 31 to the lounge entrance on level 4. It's reachable on DragonPass and serves Star Alliance passengers, and it's notably family-friendly: alongside hot and cold food, snacks and fruit, there's a dedicated family room, baby-changing facilities, massage chairs, showers, luggage storage and runway views. Drinks run to complimentary soft drinks, house wine, beer and liquor, with premium drinks available for purchase, and there's a vegetarian option, air conditioning, a smoking area and flight boarding announcements. A three-hour maximum stay applies. It's one of the more comprehensive lounges on the international side, especially if you're travelling with children.
