After passport control and security you turn left and take the escalator down to the lower level, where the lounge is on the left between Gates 1 and 2. Access is unusually broad for HRE: DragonPass and Priority Pass members are welcome, Star Alliance Gold status holders and business-class passengers can use it, and there's a walk-in rate from US$38.95 with a three-hour stay. The space leans into understated luxury — plush leather seating, warm wood accents, soft ambient lighting and large windows with panoramic runway views.
