The Marhaba Premium Lounge is one of Karachi's two main pay-in lounges, sitting airside in the international terminal — straight upstairs right after immigration clearance. It opens on a DragonPass or Priority Pass membership and is among the better-equipped lounges at KHI, with a complimentary hot buffet, a children's play area, a prayer room, a conference room and runway views over the apron. The design blends contemporary styling with subtle cultural touches and ample seating for individuals and groups. With its kids' play area and family focus, it's the lounge we'd point families to first, while business travellers get printing, Wi-Fi and a conference room. Note that it does have a designated smoking area, so it isn't entirely smoke-free.
