Newcastle's most flexible lounge — pay-in, Priority Pass, DragonPass or SkyTeam.

About this lounge

The Aspire Lounge is the headline lounge at Newcastle Airport, sitting airside in the single Main Terminal. It's the first and most flexible tier of Swissport's three-strong Aspire family at NCL, above which sit the mid-tier Luxe by Aspire and the top-tier Suite by Aspire. The main Aspire Lounge welcomes all passengers on a pay-in basis, so you can buy a day pass without any membership, and it also accepts Priority Pass and DragonPass members plus SkyTeam status passengers. That mix of access routes makes it the default recommendation for most travellers leaving Newcastle. Inside you'll find a comfortable seating area, refreshments and Wi-Fi — a calmer space to wait than the terminal floor before a flight.

A workable spot before a flight, with Wi-Fi and comfortable seating you can use for a laptop. Fine for email and light work, though it isn't a dedicated business lounge.

Food & drink

The Aspire Lounge offers a self-service spread of food and refreshments alongside a bar with alcoholic and soft drinks and hot drinks such as coffee and tea — a comfortable way to eat and drink before a flight without the terminal queues.
