American Express The Centurion Lounge
The American Express Centurion Lounge at Delhi is airside in Terminal 1D (Domestic) on Level 4, near Gate 2 in the security hold area. Amex lists it as open 24 hours for Platinum and Centurion cardholders. Note that it is in T1, not T3.
Air India Maharaja Lounge (International T3)

Terminal 3 lounges
Terminal 3 at Delhi airport handles every international flight plus Air India's domestic network, and it has the most lounges. Encalm runs an international departures lounge on Level 3 and a domestic departures lounge on the mezzanine, both airside and open 24 hours, plus an arrivals lounge before passport control near Gate 4. Terminal 2 lounges

How to get lounge access at Delhi Airport
Delhi airport lounges open mainly through Priority Pass and DragonPass, which both work at all five Encalm lounges in T1, T2 and T3. Airline status and premium tickets reach the Air India Maharaja Lounge and ENCALM Privé, and Amex Platinum or Centurion cards open the Centurion Lounge in T1D. Terminals are separate buildings, so pick the lounge in the terminal you fly from.
