A Coruña's only lounge — a calm airside Sala VIP on DragonPass or Priority Pass, with apron views.

About this lounge

The Sala VIP is the single lounge at A Coruña Airport, run by AENA and set airside in Terminal 1 on the boarding-area level, in front of gate 4. It's a compact regional lounge rather than a large flagship, with comfortable seating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and flight information, and large windows that look out over the apron. Complimentary snacks, soft drinks and house wine and beer are available, and there's a quiet area to relax or get a little work done before departure. Access is flexible for a regional airport: DragonPass and Priority Pass members are welcome, as are eligible oneworld Sapphire and SkyTeam Elite Plus status holders and business or first class passengers on qualifying flights. Because it's airside, you clear security first, then follow signs for the Sala VIP.

Fine for light work before a flight — there's Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a quiet seating area, so email and a bit of catching up are easy. It's a small regional lounge rather than a business lounge, so don't expect dedicated desks or work pods.

Food & drink

A light, self-service spread in keeping with a regional lounge: complimentary snacks and nibbles alongside soft drinks served hot and cold, plus house wine, beer and liquor from the bar. It's geared to a relaxed pre-flight pause rather than a full meal, so plan a proper meal elsewhere if you're hungry.

Insider tips

Make the most of it.

01

This is A Coruña's only lounge, so there's no terminal-by-terminal choice to make — just clear security and head to it.

02

DragonPass is the most flexible way in if you're paying per visit without airline status.

03

Priority Pass is also accepted; confirm acceptance on the lounge page before relying on it at a small contract lounge.

04

Lounge hours track the flight schedule (roughly 05:30–22:30), so a very early or late departure may fall outside opening times.

05

Grab a window seat for apron views — it's a calmer wait than the terminal floor.
