SkyTeam Elite Plus members flying an eligible SkyTeam carrier use the Air Algérie First and Business Class Lounge in Hall 2 (next to gate 20), which is open 24/7. Air Algérie is a SkyTeam member, so this is the natural lounge for its premium and elite passengers.

oneworld Sapphire status holders and business-class passengers use Salon Première Classe between Terminals 1 and 2 (by gate 5). Access follows your oneworld tier or premium-cabin ticket.

The two airport-run Salon Première Classe lounges sell entry directly — Air Algérie's flagship to the left of security and the SGSIA lounge to the right (and on the domestic side near gate 17). This is the way in if you don't hold airline status.

A business- or first-class ticket on Air Algérie or a partner carrier gets you into the matching salon directly — the simplest route if you're flying premium out of Algiers, with no membership needed.
