The Strata Lounge is the most flexible option at Auckland — it's the independent contract lounge in the International Terminal, reachable on Priority Pass, DragonPass, SkyTeam and oneworld access, so it works for the widest range of travellers without a specific airline ticket. It has showers, a hot buffet and a bar.
Air New Zealand International Lounge
The Air New Zealand International Lounge is the home-carrier flagship at AKL, serving Star Alliance Gold and Business Class passengers (plus oneworld access) with a Kiwi-inspired design, tarmac views and showers. The most consistent branded lounge for international departures.
Qantas International First Lounge
The Qantas International First Lounge sits on level 2 of the International Terminal and serves oneworld Emerald members and First Class passengers — the top-tier oneworld experience at Auckland for those who qualify.
Air New Zealand Domestic Lounge

International Terminal
The International Terminal holds the bulk of Auckland's lounges, all airside after passport control and security. The independent Strata Lounge is the most widely accessible option (Priority Pass, DragonPass, SkyTeam and oneworld), alongside the flagship airline lounges: Air New Zealand's International Lounge, the Emirates Lounge and the Qantas International First Lounge on level 2.

Domestic Terminal
Auckland's domestic flights run from a separate Domestic Terminal, a short walk or shuttle ride from the International Terminal. Lounge coverage is Air New Zealand's Koru network: the Domestic Lounge for jet services and a dedicated Regional Lounge for turboprop and regional departures, both reachable on Star Alliance Gold status or a Business Class ticket.

How to get into lounges at AKL.
Auckland's lounge access splits cleanly. In the International Terminal, the independent Strata Lounge is the catch-all — it takes Priority Pass, DragonPass, SkyTeam and oneworld — while the airline lounges (Air New Zealand, Emirates, Qantas) follow your ticket and frequent-flyer tier. The Domestic Terminal is Air New Zealand Koru territory, reached on Star Alliance Gold status or a Business Class ticket. Always check whether your lounge is in the International or Domestic Terminal, as the two are separate buildings.
Priority Pass
Priority Pass is accepted at the Strata Lounge in the International Terminal, the most flexible way in if you don't have airline status. It's the single most useful membership at AKL for international departures.

International vs Domestic Terminal
