Auckland's most flexible independent lounge — Priority Pass, DragonPass, SkyTeam or oneworld.

About this lounge

The Strata Lounge is the independent contract lounge in Auckland Airport's International Terminal, and the most widely accessible lounge at AKL. It sits airside — after passport control and security, through the Duty-Free shopping area, on the left at the top of the escalator following the premium-lounge signage. Access is unusually broad: Priority Pass and DragonPass members get in, as do SkyTeam Elite Plus status holders, oneworld Sapphire passengers and travellers in Business or First class. The lounge has a contemporary feel, with clean lines, floor-to-ceiling windows letting in natural light, and a neutral grey-and-taupe palette accented with royal blue. The spacious layout is split into distinct zones — from plush lounge chairs to quieter work nooks — so you can find a spot to relax or get some work done. Facilities include showers, a hot and cold buffet, a bar and Wi-Fi. Opening from around 04:30 to midnight, it covers the early-morning and evening waves of international departures.
