Beihai Fucheng runs from a single passenger terminal, and both of the airport's lounges are here. The First Class Lounge is airside, just past passport control and security (turn right after the checkpoint), and is reachable on DragonPass or by paying at the door. How to get into lounges at BHY.
Beihai Fucheng's two lounges are reached three ways: a DragonPass membership opens the airside First Class Lounge, that same lounge sells a walk-in day pass if you have neither status nor membership, and Star Alliance Gold or a business-class ticket gets you into the Airport Lounge. There's no Priority Pass coverage at BHY, so DragonPass is the membership to carry here.
