MasterCard Lounge
★3.5(990 reviews)BUD
An intimate 56-seat card lounge with a Danube-inspired design on the SkyCourt gallery.
The MasterCard Lounge is Budapest's dedicated card lounge, sitting on the gallery of the SkyCourt building in Terminal 2. Remodeled in early 2023, it's an intimate club that welcomes just 56 guests, which makes it noticeably quieter and more exclusive than the airport's larger shared lounges. Access is reserved for eligible cardholders: World Elite, Platinum, Business Platinum and Gold Mastercard issued in Hungary, as well as internationally-issued World Elite and Black Mastercard. The design is a highlight in its own right — fluid lines and the backdrop pay homage to the Danube, the river that flows through Budapest, while warm orange tones throughout nod to the Mastercard brand. The result is a calm, considered space that feels a step removed from the bustle of the terminal floor.
Crowding · intimate
A quiet space that suits light work and calls thanks to its calm, intimate feel, with Wi-Fi and power at seats. The small size means it isn't built for spreading out, but it's well suited to focused tasks.
A light buffet and snacks with a bar serving wines, beers, spirits and soft drinks, plus coffee and tea — scaled to the lounge's intimate size and pitched at a calm pre-flight refresh.
