Ahlein Premium Lounge (Terminal 3)
Ahlein Premium Lounge is airside in Terminal 3 on Level 3, on the right after passport control and security, and is open 24 hours. It takes Priority Pass, DragonPass and eligible SkyTeam, Star Alliance and oneworld passengers, the widest access at Cairo, and can be booked on LoungeDeal.
CAC Lounge by Plaza Premium Lounge & EAS
The CAC Lounge by Plaza Premium Lounge and EAS in Terminal 2 is open 24 hours: take the first right after passport control and security, before the duty-free area. Priority Pass, DragonPass, LoungeKey, Lounge Club and Diners Club are accepted, stays are capped at 3 hours, and you can book on LoungeDeal.
Ahlein Emerald Lounge
Ahlein Emerald Lounge is on Level 1 of Terminal 2, up the escalator or lift after passport control and security, and opens 24 hours. Priority Pass and DragonPass members get in, it can be booked on LoungeDeal, and showers cost extra.
EgyptAir Gienah Lounge
EgyptAir's Gienah Lounge is on the Terminal 3 departure level, to the right after immigration and duty-free towards the G gates, and opens 24 hours. Star Alliance Gold members and business class passengers use it.

Cairo Airport lounges by terminal
Terminal 2 (international airlines)
Terminal 2 (T2) serves many foreign airlines. Two lounges here take Priority Pass and DragonPass and can be booked on LoungeDeal: the CAC Lounge before duty-free and Ahlein Emerald on Level 1. A First Class lounge on the 2nd floor serves oneworld Emerald and first class passengers.

Terminal 3 (EgyptAir and Star Alliance)
Terminal 3 (T3) is EgyptAir's hub. EgyptAir runs the Gienah, Alioth and Almeisan lounges on the departure level and the El Teir domestic lounge on the 4th floor. Ahlein Premium is the lounge open to Priority Pass, DragonPass and LoungeDeal passes, and a second CAC Lounge serves passengers flying to Saudi Arabia.

Seasonal Terminal
The Seasonal Terminal opens for peak periods, including the Hajj and Umrah seasons. EgyptAir's Loloa Lounge here serves eligible EgyptAir passengers departing from this terminal.

How to get lounge access at Cairo Airport
Cairo lounge access is simple for members. Priority Pass and DragonPass work at both Ahlein lounges and at the Terminal 2 CAC Lounge, and those three can be booked on LoungeDeal. EgyptAir's lounges in Terminal 3 follow Star Alliance rules.
Priority Pass
Priority Pass gets you into Ahlein Premium (T3), Ahlein Emerald (T2) and the T2 CAC Lounge, whatever your airline. The Terminal 3 CAC Lounge also takes it, but only for flights to Saudi Arabia.
DragonPass
DragonPass covers the same three Cairo lounges as Priority Pass. The DragonPass listing for the CAC Lounge in Terminal 3 is restricted to passengers on flights departing to Saudi Arabia.
Card programs
The CAC Lounge in Terminal 2 accepts LoungeKey, the lounge program included with many Mastercard cards, as well as Lounge Club and Diners Club. We do not list a Visa-branded lounge at Cairo.
