Joyflight No.7 First Class Lounge is on the right after security in Terminal 2, near Gate 30, open 06:00–22:00. It takes both Priority Pass and DragonPass, and LoungeDeal sells passes, so it suits almost any domestic traveller.

Book Bar is an airside Terminal 2 lounge near Gates 23–24, open 08:30–22:00. It's a DragonPass lounge with LoungeDeal passes, and the closest bookable option if you board from Gates 23–24.
No.1-2 First Class Lounge
No.1-2 First Class Lounge is about 20 m to the right after security in Terminal 1, open 06:00–22:00. It's the closest airside lounge to the T1 checkpoint and sells passes on LoungeDeal; DragonPass is the membership it takes.

Terminal 2 (T2) – Domestic
Terminal 2 at Changsha holds most of the airport's lounges. On the domestic side, No.16 First Class Lounge, Joyflight No.7, Book Bar and Joy Flight VIP Lounge 5 sell LoungeDeal passes, and China Southern runs a Gold/Silver/Elite Plus Lounge and a Sky Pearl Lounge for its own flyers. Lexiang Hall 4 is landside behind check-in counter D.

Terminal 2 (T2) – International
International departures at Changsha use the 3rd floor of Terminal 2. First Class VIP Room No. 18 is the lounge here, on the right beside Gate 46 about 150 m after security. It opens 2 hours before the earliest international flight and closes at 22:00.

Terminal 1 (T1)
Terminal 1 at Changsha has four domestic lounges. No.1-2 First Class Lounge (06:00–22:00) and First Class VIP Lounge No.3 (09:00–20:00) are airside to the right of security; No. 2 First & Business Class VIP Lounge is on the 3rd floor near Gates 11–12. No.6 Business Lounge is landside, towards Gate 1 on the departures floor.

- —Lexiang Hall 4 (behind check-in counter D in T2) and No.6 Business Lounge (towards Gate 1 in T1) are before security; you'll still need to clear the checkpoint afterwards.
- —Joyflight No.7, Book Bar, No.16 and No. 18 are all after security in T2.
- —The Xiamen Airlines VIP Center is outside the terminal building altogether.

- —The Gold/Silver/Elite Plus Lounge is reached after the Area B checkpoints 8–16: turn right and take the lift up one level.
