American Airlines Admirals Club - Concourse B
The American Airlines Admirals Club on Concourse B (between gates 3 and 5) is the anchor lounge at AA's Charlotte hub, open to oneworld Sapphire status holders and eligible premium-cabin passengers on any oneworld carrier. The most consistent airline option at CLT.
Minute Suites
Minute Suites by the central Atrium is the only Priority Pass option at CLT — private sleep-and-work suites rather than an open lounge. Priority Pass covers a one-hour suite stay, making it ideal for a nap or quiet work between connections.

Charlotte Douglas is built as a single connected terminal: a central hub (the Atrium) branches into Concourses A through E, all reachable airside without changing buildings. That means once you're through security you can walk to any of CLT's lounges, though some sit a fair distance apart along the concourses. American Airlines runs its Admirals Clubs on Concourses A and B, Delta operates two Sky Clubs, and the Amex Centurion Lounge, Minute Suites and the USO Center round out the field.

How to get into lounges at CLT.
Charlotte Douglas is an airline-hub airport, so most lounges run on airline status and premium-cabin tickets rather than walk-in day passes. American Airlines (oneworld) and Delta (SkyTeam) each run lounges for their own elites and business-class flyers, the Amex Centurion Lounge is card-gated to Platinum and Centurion holders, and Priority Pass reaches only Minute Suites. There's no open pay-at-the-door lounge here, so plan your access around your airline, card or membership before you fly.
