To reach it, clear security, turn right and walk straight to gate 14, take the escalator up to Level 3, then turn left to the lounge. It is a comfortable, well-equipped space: Wi-Fi to stay connected, a cold food selection, soft drinks, newspapers and magazines, flight-information screens, air conditioning and spa services for a little relaxation. The Level 3 setting puts it a step away from the busier concourse below. It opens from 08:00 to 21:00, so it suits mid-morning through evening departures rather than the very earliest flights, when the VIP Lounge in Zone A (open from 06:00) is the better bet.
