The Wellcome Lounge sits airside in the Main Terminal, opposite Gate 117, and takes both DragonPass and Priority Pass. It runs a complimentary hot buffet, prayer room, family area and showers, making it the most flexible all-rounder for international departures — pay per visit without airline status.
Cozaya Lounge
Cozaya Lounge is the Main Terminal's DragonPass and Priority Pass option with shower facilities and a runway view. Airside near Popeyes and Alinma Bank, it adds a hot buffet, prayer room and children's area — handy before a long-haul departure or on a layover.
Al Fursan Lounge
The Al Fursan Lounge is Saudia's flagship in the Main Terminal, near the duty-free shops after security. Open around the clock, it serves oneworld Sapphire status holders and Business Class passengers with showers, a hot buffet, a kids' zone and a relaxation room.
Flynas Lounge
The Flynas Lounge is the domestic side's DragonPass option, airside near Gate 21. It pairs a hot buffet and tarmac-view seating with a calm, contemporary feel — the most reliable lounge for domestic departures out of Dammam.

International / Main Terminal
King Fahd International's main passenger building handles international flights and holds most of Dammam's lounges. The independent contract lounges — Wellcome and Cozaya — sit airside on DragonPass and Priority Pass, while the airline lounges serve their own alliances: Al Fursan for Saudia and oneworld, Abou Aljadayel for SkyTeam, and the First/Business Class Lounge for Star Alliance. Al Noor is a pay-in lounge in International Departures.

Domestic Terminal
Dammam's domestic departures area carries a smaller set of lounges centred on flynas, the main low-cost carrier here. The Flynas Lounge is the airside DragonPass option, while flynas naSmiles is a pay-in lounge that also serves the airline's elite and premium passengers. The Alfursan Domestic Lounge covers SkyTeam Elite Plus passengers on the domestic side.

How to get into lounges at DMM.
Dammam is a DragonPass and Priority Pass airport at heart — those memberships open the independent contract lounges (Wellcome and Cozaya in the Main Terminal, Flynas on the domestic side). Airline access is split across all three major alliances: oneworld and Saudia at Al Fursan, SkyTeam at Abou Aljadayel and the Alfursan Domestic Lounge, and Star Alliance at the First/Business Class Lounge. A few lounges also sell walk-in entry. Always check whether your lounge is on the international or domestic side before clearing security.
DragonPass
DragonPass opens the widest set of independent lounges at DMM — the Wellcome and Cozaya lounges airside in the Main Terminal, plus the Flynas Lounge on the domestic side. It's the single most useful membership to carry here.
DragonPassPriority Pass
Priority Pass is accepted at the Wellcome and Cozaya lounges in the Main Terminal. Coverage is narrower than DragonPass — the domestic Flynas Lounge is DragonPass-only — so check the per-lounge page before you travel.
