The widest-access lounge on DTW's non-Delta side — Priority Pass, oneworld, hot buffet and a full bar.

About this lounge

The Lufthansa Business Lounge is one of two lounges in Detroit's Warren C. Evans Terminal — the side of the airport that handles non-Delta and international carriers. It has the widest access of the lounges here: Priority Pass members are welcome, as are oneworld Sapphire status passengers and travellers holding a Business Class ticket. Inside, the space has a clean, modern feel with comfortable, well-spaced seating that suits both solo travellers and small groups, plus a relaxed, fairly quiet atmosphere. The catering is a step up from a snack lounge — a hot and cold buffet alongside a full bar pouring wine, beer and spirits, with soft drinks too. The lounge opens in split sessions through the day rather than continuously, so it's worth checking the hours against your flight before you head over. It's airside after security and sits within the Evans Terminal, which has no airside link to the McNamara side.

A comfortable, fairly quiet spot to work before a flight, with Wi-Fi and well-spaced seating you can use for a laptop. Good for email and light work, helped by the relaxed atmosphere, though it isn't a dedicated business lounge.

Food & drink

A complimentary hot and cold buffet paired with a full bar — wine, beer, spirits and soft drinks. The hot dishes make this a more substantial stop than a snack-only lounge, suiting travellers who want a proper bite before an international or non-Delta departure.
