Fortaleza Airport Lounges
Pinto Martins International Airport · Fortaleza, Brazil
Pinto Martins International (FOR) keeps its lounges compact and on one operator. The W brand runs all three: an airside Premium Lounge by Gate 2 for departures, plus a landside Airport Rooms rest space and an Arrival Lounge. Every one is reached on DragonPass, so a single membership covers the whole airport.

Sourced, never sponsored.
This guide is compiled from airline, alliance and lounge-operator sources plus published access rules from Priority Pass and DragonPass — we haven't independently visited every Pinto Martins International Airport lounge yet. Nothing here is a paid placement, and the guide is updated as lounges open, close, renovate or change access policies. Read more about how we verify lounge data.

Where we'd actually go.
W Premium Lounge Fortaleza
The W Premium Lounge is the only airside option at Fortaleza, sitting in front of Boarding Gate 2 after security and Duty Free. It has a hot buffet, a full bar, showers and runway views, all on DragonPass — the lounge to head for once you're through the checkpoint.
W Arrival Lounge Fortaleza
The W Arrival Lounge sits landside before passport control, so you can freshen up, eat from the hot buffet and use the showers after landing rather than before a flight. A useful regroup point that the airside departures lounge doesn't cover, reachable on DragonPass.
W Airport Rooms Fortaleza
W Airport Rooms is a landside rest space built around private sleep pods rather than a buffet — a quiet, minimalist spot to nap or work between flights. Access is on DragonPass, the same membership that opens the rest of Fortaleza's lounges.

Pinto Martins International Airport lounges by terminal.
Main Terminal
Pinto Martins runs from a single passenger terminal, and all three W lounges sit within it. The W Premium Lounge is the airside departures option, just past security and Duty Free near Gate 2. Landside, before the checkpoint, are the W Arrival Lounge and the sleep-pod-focused W Airport Rooms. All three are accessed on DragonPass.
- —Single terminal — all Fortaleza lounges are here
- —W Premium Lounge is airside, by Gate 2, for departing passengers
- —W Arrival Lounge and W Airport Rooms are landside, before security
- —Every lounge is reached on DragonPass
How to get into lounges at FOR.
Fortaleza is a DragonPass airport, plain and simple. All three W lounges — the airside Premium Lounge, the Arrival Lounge and the Airport Rooms rest space — are in the DragonPass network, so one membership covers the whole airport. There are no airline or alliance lounges here, and access is the same regardless of which lounge you choose.
DragonPass
DragonPass is the access route for every lounge at Fortaleza — the W Premium Lounge airside, and the W Arrival Lounge and W Airport Rooms landside. Present a valid DragonPass membership with your boarding pass; it's the single most useful card to carry here.
Pay-per-visit via DragonPass
DragonPass also supports pay-as-you-go entry through its app, so you can pay per visit at these lounges without an annual membership. Check the per-visit fee in the DragonPass app before you travel, as rates vary by lounge.
Cards that bundle DragonPass
Some premium credit cards in Brazil include DragonPass lounge access (for example Visa Infinite via Visa Airport Companion). If your card bundles DragonPass, it opens the Fortaleza lounges on the same terms — check your card's benefits and any guest rules first.
Know before you go.
DragonPass is all you need
- —Every lounge at Fortaleza is in the DragonPass network — there are no airline or alliance lounges, so one membership covers the whole airport.
- —If your card bundles DragonPass (such as some Visa Infinite cards in Brazil), you can use that instead of a standalone membership.
Airside vs landside
- —Only the W Premium Lounge is airside — head there after security and Duty Free, near Gate 2.
- —The W Arrival Lounge and W Airport Rooms are landside, before passport control, so use them before you clear security or after you land.
- —Don't clear security expecting to find the Arrival Lounge or Airport Rooms — they're on the public side of the checkpoint.
Match the lounge to your trip
- —Departing: the airside W Premium Lounge by Gate 2 is the one to aim for.
- —Just landed: the W Arrival Lounge lets you freshen up and eat before leaving the airport.
- —Long layover or red-eye: W Airport Rooms has private sleep pods for a proper rest.
What to expect inside
- —The Premium and Arrival lounges both run a hot buffet and a bar with wine, beer and spirits, plus showers.
- —W Airport Rooms is a quieter, minimalist rest space focused on sleep pods rather than a full food spread.
- —All three have Wi-Fi, so they work for light pre-flight work as well as relaxing.
