Vietnam Airlines Lotus Lounge - International
The Vietnam Airlines Lotus Lounge in Terminal 2 reopened on Level 4 on 24 August 2025 after an upgrade. Take the escalator opposite Gate 23 or the lift near Gate 22. It opens 05:00–02:00 for Vietnam Airlines and SkyTeam Business Class, SkyTeam Elite Plus, DragonPass and LoungeDeal pass holders.
SH Premium Lounge Ha Noi
SH Premium Lounge Ha Noi is on the 4th floor of the Terminal 2 East Wing, near Gate 28, open 06:00–02:00. It takes Priority Pass, DragonPass and LoungeDeal passes, so it's the T2 lounge for travellers on any airline.
ACV Lounge
The ACV Lounge is in the Terminal 2 West Wing on the 4th floor, between Gates 36 and 37, open from the first to the last departure. Beyond DragonPass and LoungeDeal passes, the airport sells 180-minute walk-in vouchers at the Delight Souvenir Shop on Level 3.
Vietnam Airlines Lotus Lounge
The Vietnam Airlines Lotus Lounge in Terminal 1 opens 04:00–23:00 on Level 3, reached via Lobby C and Lobby D after security. It's the domestic lounge to book with DragonPass or a LoungeDeal pass, and it serves Vietnam Airlines and SkyTeam premium passengers.

Terminal 2 (T2) – International
Terminal 2 at Hanoi Noi Bai has three bookable lounges on Level 4, all airside after passport control. The Lotus Lounge sits between the wings near Gates 22–23, SH Premium is in the East Wing near Gate 28, and the ACV Lounge is in the West Wing between Gates 36 and 37.

Terminal 1 (T1) – Domestic
Terminal 1 at Hanoi Noi Bai, the domestic terminal, has the Vietnam Airlines Lotus Lounge on Level 3 (04:00–23:00) and the ASG Sky Lounge on the 2nd floor near Gate 13, open from 05:00 to the last departure. Lotus takes DragonPass and LoungeDeal passes; ASG Sky is the Priority Pass option.

How to get lounge access at Hanoi Airport
Access at Hanoi Noi Bai depends on the terminal. In T2, DragonPass and LoungeDeal passes open all three bookable lounges, and Priority Pass covers SH Premium. In T1, DragonPass covers the Lotus Lounge and Priority Pass covers ASG Sky. Vietnam Airlines and SkyTeam premium passengers use the Lotus Lounges.

Know your wing in T2
- —T2 departure gates split into an East Wing and a West Wing; SH Premium is East (Gate 28), the ACV Lounge is West (Gates 36–37).
- —The Lotus Lounge sits near Gates 22–23 on Level 4, up the escalator opposite Gate 23.
- —Check your gate on the boarding pass before choosing, so you aren't walking the full length of T2 at boarding time.
Early and late flights
- —The T1 Lotus Lounge opens at 04:00, the earliest at Noi Bai; ASG Sky follows at 05:00.
- —In T2, the Lotus Lounge and SH Premium stay open until 02:00, which covers most late departures.
- —The ACV Lounge opens for the first departure and stays open until the last.
Membership match
- —Priority Pass members flying internationally should head to SH Premium; domestic, to ASG Sky near Gate 13.
- —DragonPass members can use the Lotus Lounge in either terminal.
