The NIA Business Lounge is an alliance lounge in Terminal 2 at Hanoi Noi Bai International Airport, in the West wing departure area on level 4 near gate 31. It serves both Star Alliance and oneworld passengers and eligible elite-status flyers on qualifying international flights. The lounge is well-equipped: a buffet with hot food, special coffee, snacks and alcoholic beverages, with vegetarian and halal options, plus showers, seating pods, lockers, a relaxation room, a business centre, runway views and movies. There's a smoking room, charging facilities and flight information screens, all in an air-conditioned space. As one of the few lounges at HAN covering two alliances at once, it's a useful option for premium-cabin and status passengers from either oneworld or Star Alliance carriers.
