Kansas City International runs from a single consolidated terminal that opened in 2023, with departures grouped across the A and B gate areas. Both of the airport's lounges sit airside after security: the independent Escape Lounge is by the A gates, and the Delta Sky Club is by the B gates. There is no separate landside or international lounge cluster here.

How to get into lounges at MCI.
Kansas City keeps things simple with two lounges in one terminal. The Escape Lounge is the pay-per-visit option — it takes DragonPass, Priority Pass or a walk-in day pass, so you don't need airline status to get in. The Delta Sky Club is the airline lounge, reached on a Delta premium-cabin ticket, eligible SkyTeam status or a Delta membership. Always confirm whether your lounge is by the A or B gates before you settle in.
