About CEB

Mactan-Cebu International Airport (CEB) is the main gateway to the central Philippines and the country's second-busiest airport, and the lounges we track all sit in its award-winning international Terminal 2. The Plaza Premium Lounge is the most flexible way in — it takes Priority Pass along with SkyTeam, Star Alliance and oneworld status, and sells a paid day pass — and is airside after passport control. Philippine Airlines runs its resort-styled Mabuhay Lounge here for premium passengers and paid guests, and Star Alliance Gold members are served at the North Wing Cafe on the terminal's third floor. If you're flying internationally out of Cebu, Priority Pass or alliance status is the most reliable route, and paying at the door is a fallback at the Plaza Premium Lounge.

How we compile this guide

Sourced, never sponsored.

This guide is compiled from airline, alliance and lounge-operator sources plus published access rules from Priority Pass and DragonPass — we haven't independently visited every Mactan–Cebu International Airport lounge yet. Nothing here is a paid placement, and the guide is updated as lounges open, close, renovate or change access policies. Read more about how we verify lounge data.

Insider tips

Know before you go.

01

It's all Terminal 2

  • Every CEB lounge we track is in the international Terminal 2 — the domestic Terminal 1 isn't where the lounge action is.
  • Terminal 2 is known for its wood-arched, resort-style design, so the walk to the lounge level is part of the experience.
  • Clear passport control and security before heading up, as the lounges sit airside.
02

Lead with Priority Pass

  • Priority Pass opens the Plaza Premium Lounge, the most flexible option at Cebu and the only lounge in the PP network here.
  • If you don't hold a membership, the Plaza Premium Lounge also sells a paid day pass at the door.
03

Match the lounge to your airline

  • Flying Philippine Airlines? The Mabuhay Lounge is the branded option, and paid entry is available if you're not in a premium cabin.
  • Star Alliance Gold members have the North Wing Cafe as well as the Plaza Premium Lounge.
  • SkyTeam and oneworld premium passengers are best served by the Plaza Premium Lounge.
04

Timing & stays

  • The Plaza Premium Lounge applies a standard maximum stay, so plan your visit around your departure rather than a long wait.
  • Cebu's international departure peaks can fill the lounges — arrive with time in hand if you want a relaxed seat.
