American Airlines' Arrivals Lounge is landside in Heathrow Terminal 3: exit to the right of the Customs Hall and go up to Level 2. It is for passengers arriving the same day on American Airlines in Flagship First, Flagship Business Plus or Flagship Business, on a British Airways long-haul flight into Terminal 3 in First or Business, or with oneworld Emerald, qualifying AAdvantage status or British Airways Premier. No guests are allowed. It has shower suites, a breakfast and lunch buffet, an à la carte menu, a coffee and champagne bar, valet ironing and a business centre. American Airlines lists the hours as 06:30–14:00.
Landside - Exit to the right of the Terminal 3 Customs Hall, then take the stairs or lift to Level 2.
