Aspire Lounge (C Gates)
The Aspire Lounge (C Gates) is the Terminal 2 lounge most travellers can actually get into: Priority Pass, DragonPass and a paid pass all work, whatever airline you fly. It is airside one level up past Duty Free, open daily 04:00–20:00, so late-evening departures miss it.
Aspire Lounge
The Aspire Lounge in Terminal 3 is the closer of the two T3 lounges: turn left after passport control and go up one floor. It takes Priority Pass, DragonPass and paid passes. From 25 October 2026 it closes at 19:30 every day, an hour earlier than before.
Escape Lounge (Terminal 2)
The Escape Lounge (Terminal 2) is on the T2 mezzanine above Duty Free and takes Priority Pass, DragonPass and paid passes, including passes booked on LoungeDeal. A hot buffet, house wine, beer and spirits are included, and stays are capped at 3 hours. From 25 October 2026 it closes at 18:30, or 20:00 on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Emirates Lounge
The Emirates Lounge is Emirates' new Terminal 2 lounge, opened in September 2026. First and Business passengers and Skywards Platinum and Gold members get in on their ticket or tier, and other Emirates passengers can buy entry.

Terminal 2
Terminal 2 (T2) is Manchester's main terminal and handles every airline except Ryanair, including British Airways since 7 October 2025. The Aspire Lounge (C Gates) and the Escape Lounge are open to any T2 passenger with Priority Pass, DragonPass or a paid pass; The Executive by Escape Lounges next door is paid-only, and the Emirates Lounge is for Emirates passengers.

Terminal 3
Terminal 3 (T3) is used by Ryanair only, and since 5 March 2026 it also includes what remained of the old Terminal 1. Its two lounges, the Aspire Lounge and the Escape Lounge, both take Priority Pass, DragonPass and paid passes. Both trimmed their evening hours in autumn 2026.

How to get lounge access at Manchester Airport
Manchester Airport's independent lounges are easy to get into without airline status. The Aspire Lounge (C Gates) and Escape Lounge in Terminal 2 and both Terminal 3 lounges accept Priority Pass, DragonPass and paid passes. The Executive by Escape in T2 is paid-only, and the Emirates Lounge follows Emirates' own ticket and Skywards rules. Pick the lounge in your departure terminal: T2 and T3 don't connect after security.

Check your terminal first
- —Ryanair is the only airline in Terminal 3; every other airline, British Airways included, departs from Terminal 2.
- —T2 and T3 are separate after security, so a T3 lounge is no use for a T2 flight.
- —There is no Terminal 1 any more: anything left of it has belonged to Terminal 3 since March 2026.
Evening hours got shorter
- —The Terminal 3 Aspire Lounge closes at 19:30 from 25 October 2026.
- —From 1 November 2026 the Terminal 3 Escape Lounge closes at 17:00 on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and 19:30 on other days.
- —The Terminal 2 Escape Lounge closes at 18:30 from 25 October 2026, or 20:00 on Tuesdays and Fridays.
- —The Aspire Lounge (C Gates) in Terminal 2 closes at 20:00 and The Executive by Escape at 20:45, so check the time against a late-evening departure.
Finding the lounges
- —Aspire (C Gates), T2: after security follow the 'Premium Lounge' signs, take the escalator or lift up a level and walk through Duty Free.
- —Escape and The Executive, T2: past Duty Free, take the escalator or lift up; The Executive is on the right at the top, just before Escape.
- —Aspire, T3: after passport control turn left, go up one floor and turn right.
- —Escape, T3: up the stairs or lift past Duty Free, then to the end of the corridor; it is about a five-minute walk back to the gates.
Names that no longer apply
- —The 1903 Lounge in Terminal 2 has closed permanently.
- —The Hangar, the temporary Terminal 3 lounge used by British Airways and Priority Pass, has closed.
