José María Córdova works largely as a single passenger building, with domestic and international flights handled under one roof. All six lounges sit inside the terminal: SkyTeam options from Copa Club and The Lounge Medellín, two Avianca lounges (a Star Alliance lounge and the premium Diamond lounge), and two pay-in lounges — Harmony Lounge and The Lounge Medellín by Global Lounge Network. How to get into lounges at MDE.
Medellín splits cleanly between airline access and pay-per-visit. SkyTeam status opens Copa Club and The Lounge Medellín, while Avianca and Star Alliance passengers use the two Avianca lounges. If you don't have status, Harmony Lounge and The Lounge Medellín by Global Lounge Network sell walk-in entry, and the Global Lounge Network option also takes Priority Pass. The Avianca VIP Lounge Diamond is sold as a paid-entry premium lounge alongside its airline access.

Copa Club and The Lounge Medellín admit SkyTeam Elite Plus status holders and passengers travelling in business or first class. If you're flying a SkyTeam carrier out of Medellín with the right tier or ticket, these are your lounges.
Avianca & Star Alliance
