Primeclass Lounge
The Primeclass Lounge is an airside option on DragonPass and oneworld Sapphire, with a hot buffet, prayer room and children's play area. Set on level one past the restaurants, it's a comfortable, well-equipped pick if you carry DragonPass or fly a oneworld carrier in business class.
Saudia Alfursan Golden Lounge
The Saudia Alfursan Golden Lounge serves Saudia and SkyTeam premium-cabin passengers in the International Terminal, past Duty Free on the right. It's the most consistent branded-airline experience at Medina for travellers flying Saudia in business or first.
Hayyak VIP Lounge - Medina

Main Terminal
Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz International handles its international and domestic traffic from one award-winning passenger terminal, and all four lounges sit airside after passport control and security. The Wellcome, Primeclass and Hayyak VIP lounges are independent contract lounges reachable mainly on DragonPass, with Priority Pass, SkyTeam and oneworld each covering part of the field. Saudia runs its own Alfursan Golden Lounge for premium-cabin passengers.

How to get into lounges at MED.
Medina is a DragonPass airport first — that membership opens the widest set of lounges, including the Wellcome, Primeclass and Hayyak VIP lounges. Priority Pass and SkyTeam status reach the Wellcome Lounge, oneworld Sapphire covers Primeclass, and Saudia premium-cabin passengers use the airline's own Alfursan Golden Lounge. A walk-in day pass is also sold at the Wellcome Lounge, so you can pay per visit without any membership.
