Horizons T7 Lounge is the shared premium lounge in JFK Terminal 7. It sits airside on Level 4, on the mezzanine directly above security, in the space British Airways used before it moved to Terminal 8 in December 2022. Entry is for premium passengers of Terminal 7 airlines: ANA First and Business Class passengers and Star Alliance Gold members flying ANA are the clearest example. The food is a proper spread, with complimentary hot and cold buffets and snacks, and the bar is a full complimentary bar alongside soft drinks. Wi-Fi is available throughout. Hours run daily from 10:00 to 01:00, late enough for the last evening departures. Terminal 7 is small, with every gate a 1-5 minute walk from security, so you can stay until boarding is called.

Wi-Fi and a full meal make it easy to answer emails before a long-haul flight. It is a relaxation lounge first, so plan on lounge seating rather than a business centre.
