The Capital One Lounge is Capital One's flagship at JFK, airside in Terminal 4 on Level 3 in the Retail Hall. It opened on 19 June 2025 and is open 24 hours a day. The draw is the food. Alongside snacks and a hot buffet, the kitchen serves cooked-to-order meals, and none of it costs extra. Drinks follow the same pattern: soft drinks and a full bar are complimentary, with premium pours sold separately. Venture X and Venture X Business cardholders enter free, Venture and Spark Miles cardholders get a reduced rate, and anyone else can buy a day pass. You can enter from 3 hours before departure. The lounge sits close to the T4 gates used by Delta, Emirates and Singapore Airlines. JFK terminals are not connected airside, so it only makes sense if you fly from Terminal 4.
This is a lounge to eat in. Snacks and a hot buffet are always out, and the kitchen also cooks meals to order, all complimentary. The bar is a full one and costs nothing; only premium drinks carry a charge. Because the lounge never closes, a proper meal is available before a pre-dawn departure or a midnight long-haul alike. If you are flying from T4, skip the food hall and eat here.
After Terminal 4 security, head to the Retail Hall on Level 3. The lounge is in the hall, near the gates used by Delta, Emirates and Singapore Airlines.
