The Greenwich Lounge has the broadest entry of the three joint American Airlines and British Airways lounges in JFK Terminal 8, aimed at international Business Class passengers and oneworld elites. It opened in May 2017 as the American Airlines Flagship Lounge, was expanded in September 2018, then rebranded as Greenwich and expanded again in December 2022. You will find it airside on Level 4, above Gate 12. It opens daily from 04:15 to 01:15, so it covers the late-night long-haul departures too. Entry goes to international First and Business Class passengers on oneworld airlines, oneworld Sapphire and Emerald members flying internationally, AAdvantage Platinum members, Atmos Rewards Gold members and above, and British Airways Executive Club Gold and Silver members. The spread is generous: snacks, a cold buffet and a hot buffet, all complimentary, with soft drinks and a full bar. Only premium drinks carry a charge.
Greenwich runs both a hot and a cold buffet, with snacks between, and none of it costs extra. The full bar is complimentary as well; only premium drinks are sold. It is a buffet lounge rather than a made-to-order one, but the two buffets give enough range for a proper meal before a night flight.
After Terminal 8 security, head towards Gate 12 and go up to Level 4. The Greenwich Lounge is above the gate.
