Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG) is Air France's global hub, and almost all of its 15 lounges sit in the sprawling Terminal 2, with the Star Alliance Lounge over in Terminal 1. The Air France Lounge in Terminal 2E (Hall M) is the airline's flagship at CDG — over 3,000 square metres with capacity for 620, floor-to-ceiling windows over the taxiways, distinct work, dining and relaxation zones, and a self-service spread of wines, Champagne and hot dishes. Extime Lounge
The Extime Lounge in the Terminal 2B-2D connector welcomes all passengers departing those halls on a pay-in basis, regardless of class or destination. A Groupe ADP and TAV lounge with a buffet, showers and a kids' zone — the most flexible way in if you don't hold status.
Cathay Pacific First and Business Class Lounge
Cathay Pacific's First and Business Class Lounge in Terminal 2 seats up to 120 across 600 square metres of wood, bamboo, white marble and black granite, with five private Cathay Solus Chairs and big windows over the apron. A standout branded lounge for oneworld premium passengers.
Salon Paul Maxence

Terminal 1
Terminal 1 is CDG's circular original building, home to Star Alliance carriers and a number of long-haul airlines. Its lounge coverage is anchored by the Star Alliance Lounge, which opened in late 2023 in the newest wing near gates 10-38, reached after passport control and security via the underground hallway. Lufthansa's Star Alliance flyers are served on this side of the airport too.

Terminal 2
Terminal 2 is the vast multi-hall complex (2A through 2G) where most CDG traffic and almost every lounge lives. Air France bases its SkyTeam lounges here, including the flagship Hall M lounge and La Premiere for First Class, alongside oneworld lounges from Cathay Pacific and American Airlines, the Emirates Lounge, and pay-in or DragonPass options like Extime, Salon Paris, PrimeClass and Salon Paul Maxence. How to get into lounges at CDG.
Charles de Gaulle is an alliance airport at heart — Air France and its SkyTeam partners, Star Alliance carriers and oneworld airlines each run lounges for premium-cabin passengers and eligible status holders. Where CDG differs from many hubs is the pay-in route: the Extime Lounge and Salon Paris admit any passenger for a fee, Salon Paris also takes DragonPass, and Salon Paul Maxence and the Star Alliance Lounge sell entry too. Check your hall and terminal before clearing security, as Terminal 2's halls are separate buildings.

Several CDG lounges sell entry regardless of class — the Extime Lounge admits all passengers departing Terminals 2B-2D on a pay-in basis, and Salon Paris in Terminal 2C welcomes any traveller for a fee. Salon Paul Maxence and the Star Alliance Lounge also offer paid entry.

DragonPass is accepted at Salon Paris in Terminal 2C, opposite gate C83. It is the main lounge-membership route at CDG, where Priority Pass coverage is thin, so check the per-lounge page for your terminal.

A Business or First Class ticket on Air France, Emirates or another carrier gets you into that airline's lounge directly — the simplest route if you're flying premium out of Paris, with no membership needed. Air France First passengers use the exclusive La Premiere Lounge.
