It sits airside on the mezzanine level near Gate A3, reached after passport control and the security check, and accepts the widest range of access methods at the airport: Priority Pass, DragonPass, oneworld status (Sapphire and above, or a business-class ticket) and a paid walk-in day pass. Inside you'll find a hot and cold buffet built around local Malaysian and international dishes, a bar with wine and beer, air-conditioned seating with natural light from large windows, and shower facilities. As a Plaza Premium lounge it's comfortable and practical rather than showy, and because it covers so many access routes it's the lounge most international travellers from Penang will end up using. Opening hours run from early morning to nearly midnight, with a typical two-hour stay on a paid visit.
