SATS Premier Lounge (T3)
The SATS Premier Lounge in Terminal 3 is open 24 hours on the Level 3 mezzanine (turn right after departure immigration and follow the Lounges signs). It takes Priority Pass and DragonPass, and LoungeDeal sells passes for it, so it works for Singapore Airlines and Star Alliance flyers without status.
Singapore Airlines The Private Room
Singapore Airlines The Private Room sits inside the First Class SilverKris Lounge on Level 3 of Terminal 3, open 05:30–02:30. Entry needs a Singapore Airlines Suites or First Class ticket; status alone doesn't get you in. It's the most restricted lounge at Changi.
Plaza Premium Lounge
The Plaza Premium Lounge in Terminal 1 is open 24 hours, up the escalator next to Gate C1 on the Level 3 mezzanine. It accepts Priority Pass, DragonPass and paid entry, and it's the T1 pick for anyone flying without oneworld or Emirates status.
Blossom - Sats & Plaza Pemium Lounge
Blossom is the only independent lounge in Terminal 4, open 24 hours on Level 2M (mezzanine) after passport control. It takes Priority Pass and DragonPass, and LoungeDeal sells passes, which matters because the only other T4 lounge belongs to Cathay Pacific.

Singapore Changi Airport lounges by terminal
Terminal 1 (T1)
Terminal 1 at Changi has the most lounges, all airside on Level 3 of the transit area. Plaza Premium and the Marhaba Lounge (T1) are open 24 hours to Priority Pass, DragonPass and LoungeDeal pass holders. The rest are airline lounges for Qantas, British Airways, Emirates and Qatar Airways passengers, with hours timed to their flights.

Terminal 2 (T2)
Terminal 2 at Changi has the Ambassador Transit Lounge, open 24 hours in the south transit area on Level 3, plus Singapore Airlines' SilverKris (Business Class) and KrisFlyer Gold lounges. Hub & Spoke is the exception: it's landside, outside Level 1 by the coach bay, so you visit it before check-in.

Terminal 3 at Changi is Singapore Airlines' main base, with The Private Room, SilverKris (Business Class) and KrisFlyer Gold lounges on Level 3. For everyone else there are two 24-hour independents, the Marhaba Lounge (T3) and the SATS Premier Lounge, both on Priority Pass and DragonPass.

Terminal 4 (T4)
Terminal 4 at Changi has two lounges, both on Level 2M of the transit area. Blossom is the independent one, open 24 hours on Priority Pass, DragonPass or a LoungeDeal pass. The Cathay Pacific Lounge opens three hours before the first Cathay departure for oneworld Sapphire and Business Class passengers.

Jewel Changi (landside)
The Changi Lounge is in the public area of Jewel Changi Airport, Level 1, near Lift Lobby E and opposite the early check-in counters. It's open 06:00–22:00 and takes Priority Pass, DragonPass or paid entry with a valid boarding pass. You clear security and immigration after leaving it.

Changi Airport lounge access splits two ways. The independent lounges (Plaza Premium, Marhaba, SATS Premier, Ambassador Transit, Blossom, Hub & Spoke and the Changi Lounge) take DragonPass, most take Priority Pass, and all sell passes on LoungeDeal. The airline lounges need a premium ticket or alliance status.

Use the Skytrain for a better lounge
- —T1, T2 and T3 connect airside, so a transit passenger in T2 can ride the Skytrain to the Marhaba or SATS Premier lounges in T3.
- —Terminal 4 is the exception: it's a shuttle bus ride from T2, so pick Blossom or the Cathay Pacific Lounge if you depart from T4.
- —Hub & Spoke and the Changi Lounge are landside, so they only help before check-in or after arrival.
Late and overnight flights
- —Plaza Premium, both Marhaba lounges, SATS Premier, Ambassador Transit (T2) and Blossom are open 24 hours.
- —The Qatar Airways Premium Lounge in T1 opens 07:15–10:15 and again 17:15–03:15 for Qatar's departures.
- —The Changi Lounge at Jewel closes at 22:00 and Hub & Spoke at 22:00, so neither suits a red-eye after midnight.
