How to get lounge access at Stockholm Arlanda Airport
Arlanda's lounges split by who runs them. SAS runs two lounges in Terminal 5 for its premium and elite passengers, American Express runs one for its cardholders, and the two Pearl lounges are open to anyone with Priority Pass, DragonPass or a booked pass. The Aspire Lounge on the non-Schengen side of Terminal 5 takes Priority Pass or paid entry. Pick a lounge in the terminal you fly from.
Priority Pass
Priority Pass covers both Pearl lounges, Gate C37 in Terminal 5 and the Pearl Lounge in Terminal 2, plus the Aspire Lounge in Terminal 5 gate area F for non-Schengen flights. The SAS and American Express lounges are not in the programme.
DragonPass
DragonPass opens the same two Pearl lounges, one in each terminal, so a DragonPass member has a lounge whichever terminal the flight leaves from.
Book a pass on LoungeDeal
Both Pearl lounges can be booked on LoungeDeal before you fly, with no status or membership. The live price is shown in the booking flow.
SAS and SkyTeam status or ticket
SAS and SkyTeam business class, SAS Plus, EuroBonus Gold and Diamond and SkyTeam Elite Plus open the SAS lounges in Terminal 5, according to SAS. SAS also sells paid entry at the SAS Lounge door.
American Express
Centurion and Platinum Card Members use the American Express Lounge by Pontus Frithiof in Terminal 5. Centurion members may bring two guests and Platinum members one, according to Swedavia.
Stockholm Arlanda Airport lounge tips
Terminal first
- —Terminal 2 has only the Pearl Lounge; every SAS lounge and the Amex lounge are in Terminal 5.
- —In Terminal 5, the SAS Lounge (Gate E1) and SAS Lounge by Mastercard (near Gate F26) are both on the Schengen side.
- —The Aspire Lounge in gate area F is behind passport control, so it only serves non-Schengen flights.
Two SAS lounges, not three
- —SAS runs two Arlanda lounges: the SAS Lounge at Gate E1 and the SAS Lounge by Mastercard, which opened on 14 February 2025.
- —The "SAS Gold Lounge" is the Gold and Diamond section inside the Gate E1 lounge, not a separate room.
Watch the clock
- —The Pearl Lounge in Terminal 2 changes its hours on 2 November 2026, from 04:45–21:00 to 06:00–20:30.
- —The Amex lounge kitchen stops serving at 19:00, half an hour before the lounge closes.
- —The SAS Lounge by Mastercard closes at 18:00 on Saturdays.
- —The non-Schengen Aspire Lounge closes at 20:00, or 21:30 for Air China departures.
