Plaza Premium Lounge (US Transborder)
The Plaza Premium Lounge near Gate E88 is the transborder lounge you can book, on Level 3 of Pier E. Doors open at 04:45 every day, so it covers the early US departures, and it closes at 21:00 or 22:00 depending on the day.

The Plaza Premium Lounge near Gate B15 keeps the longest domestic hours, 05:00–22:00. If your gate is at the far end of Pier C, the second Plaza Premium above Gate C29 is closer but shuts at 20:30.
Air Canada Signature Suite
The Air Canada Signature Suite near Gate D52 is reserved for Air Canada Signature Class customers on international flights, so no pass or status opens it. It opens at 08:45 and closes at 23:00 or midnight depending on the day.

International Terminal (Pier D)
The International Terminal at Vancouver Airport has four lounges, all airside. The SkyTeam Lounge by Gate D53 is open 24 hours, and the Plaza Premium International Lounge on Level 4 between Gates D67 and D68 opens 06:30–01:00. Air Canada's Signature Suite sits near Gate D52 and the Cathay Pacific Lounge near Gate 71.

US Transborder (Pier E)
The US Transborder area at Vancouver Airport has one lounge on LoungeDeal: the Plaza Premium Lounge on Level 3 near Gate E88. It opens 04:45–21:00 Monday to Thursday and 04:45–22:00 Friday to Sunday, early enough for the first US departures.
