It sits airside in the main terminal — after the security check you turn left, take the lift or stairs to level 2, then head right towards the F gates. It accepts both DragonPass and Priority Pass, which makes it the default membership lounge at VIE. Inside, the contemporary space mixes comfortable seating zones with a hot and cold buffet, a full bar with house wine, beer and spirits, plus showers, massage chairs and Wi-Fi. The lounge is open from early morning to late evening to cover Vienna's first and last departure banks, with a maximum stay of around three hours. Travellers heading to non-Schengen destinations pass through passport control on the way to their gate after visiting.
