Main Terminal (Domestic)
Yichang Sanxia runs domestic flights from a single passenger terminal, and both of its lounges are inside it. The First Class Lounge is airside, on the right-hand side of the apron once you clear security; the VIP Reception Center is landside in the domestic departure hall, with its own check-in assistance and a runway view. Both accept DragonPass only.

How to get into lounges at YIH.
Access at Yichang Sanxia is straightforward: DragonPass is the only membership either lounge accepts, and both lounges are also purchasable, so a paid walk-in is the fallback if you don't hold DragonPass. There are no Priority Pass, airline or alliance lounges at this airport. Decide whether you want the airside lounge (after security) or the landside VIP Reception Center (before the checkpoint, with check-in help) before you go through.
