This guide is compiled from airline, alliance and lounge-operator sources plus published access rules from Priority Pass and DragonPass — we haven't independently visited every Sanzao International Airport lounge yet. Nothing here is a paid placement, and the guide is updated as lounges open, close, renovate or change access policies. Read more about how we verify lounge data.

Where we'd actually go.
First Class Lounge (East Gallery)
The First Class Lounge (East Gallery) is the most rewarding DragonPass option at Zhuhai — it sits airside on the upper gallery after security and pours complimentary house wine, beer and spirits alongside its snacks. The natural choice once you've cleared the checkpoint.
First & Business Class Lounge
The First & Business Class Lounge is the only Zhuhai lounge on the Priority Pass network. It's airside by the domestic departure gates, with a hot buffet at set lunch and dinner windows, Wi-Fi, flight-information screens and step-free access — a solid pre-flight base for Priority Pass holders.
VIP Lounge
The VIP Lounge sits landside, before the security check, so you can settle in the moment you arrive at the terminal. It's a DragonPass lounge with Wi-Fi, TV, newspapers and magazines — handy if you want to relax before joining the queues rather than after.
China Southern Sky Pearl Lounge
The China Southern Sky Pearl Lounge sits in the domestic terminal near gates 1-2 and welcomes premium China Southern passengers, with a hot buffet rather than just snacks. It also sells a walk-in day pass, so you can pay per visit even without flying China Southern in a premium cabin.

Sanzao International Airport lounges by terminal.
Main Terminal
Zhuhai Jinwan operates from a single passenger terminal, so all four lounges sit in the same building. The First Class Lounge (East Gallery) and the Priority Pass First & Business Class Lounge are airside after security; the China Southern Sky Pearl Lounge is airside in the domestic departures area near gates 1-2; and the VIP Lounge is landside, before the security check. DragonPass is the most widely accepted membership here.
- —Single-terminal airport — every lounge is in the same building
- —DragonPass covers two lounges; Priority Pass covers one; one is pay-in
- —Three lounges are airside after security; the VIP Lounge is landside
- —Lounge opening times track the daily flight schedule
How to get into lounges at ZUH.
Zhuhai is a DragonPass airport first — that membership opens both the airside First Class Lounge and the landside VIP Lounge. Priority Pass covers a single lounge, the First & Business Class Lounge by the domestic gates. The China Southern Sky Pearl Lounge admits premium China Southern passengers and also sells a walk-in day pass, so you can pay per visit if you don't hold a membership. Check whether your lounge is airside or landside before you clear security.
DragonPass
DragonPass is the most useful membership at Zhuhai. It opens the airside First Class Lounge (East Gallery) on the upper west gallery and the landside VIP Lounge before security. Present your DragonPass membership with your boarding pass at the door.
Priority Pass
Priority Pass is accepted at the First & Business Class Lounge, airside by the domestic departure gates. It's the only Zhuhai lounge on the Priority Pass network, so confirm you're heading to that lounge rather than the DragonPass ones.
Walk-in day pass
The China Southern Sky Pearl Lounge sells entry on a pay-in basis, so you can buy your way in without a membership or airline status. It's the clearest walk-in route at Zhuhai if you don't hold DragonPass or Priority Pass.
China Southern premium cabin
China Southern's Sky Pearl Lounge welcomes the airline's premium-cabin passengers and eligible Sky Pearl Club members flying out of Zhuhai. Access follows your ticket and frequent-flyer tier, with entry near gates 1-2 in the domestic departures area.
Know before you go.
Lead with DragonPass
- —DragonPass covers two of Zhuhai's four lounges — more than any other membership — so it's the single most useful card to carry here.
- —Priority Pass only opens the First & Business Class Lounge, so check which lounge matches your card before you settle in.
- —If you hold neither, the China Southern Sky Pearl Lounge sells a walk-in day pass.
Airside vs landside
- —Three of the four lounges are airside, after the security check — clear the checkpoint first if you're heading to those.
- —The VIP Lounge is landside, before security, near the café restaurant — useful if you arrive early and want to relax before the queues.
- —Once you're airside you can't drop back to the landside VIP Lounge, so choose before you go through.
Timing your visit
- —Lounge opening hours track the daily flight schedule rather than fixed times, so quieter periods follow the flight banks.
- —The First & Business Class Lounge serves its hot buffet only at set windows — roughly late morning and early evening — so time your visit if you want a hot meal.
- —Most lounges cap stays at around two hours, which comfortably covers a normal pre-flight wait.
Food and drink
- —The airside First Class Lounge (East Gallery) and the First & Business Class Lounge both pour complimentary house wine, beer and spirits alongside soft drinks.
- —The China Southern Sky Pearl Lounge lays on a complimentary hot buffet, a step up from the snack-led spread at the DragonPass lounges.
- —The landside VIP Lounge is the lightest on food — hot and cold drinks and snacks rather than a buffet.
